My V Card charging a minimal amount for there product which is yearly subcriptions basis, the mentioned amount (in pricing page) user paying to My V Card that is not refundable in any cirsumatances.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
